Due to the extreme differences between one clearance to another, it is difficult to give specific prices online, however, we do offer a free no obligation quote service to you. This means that we can give you the most affordable and accurate price that we can, but if you only have a few specific items such as the ones listed below we have given prices for removal if these items as you will see below. We may also be able to give you a quote without visiting if you are able to send us clear pictures of what you need removing first. Why do we charge extra for the items below?

When disposing of your goods, as a business we get charged for anything we take that can't be donated or recycled by other means. You can find these charges on the local landfill/council/.gov websites. Please be cautious when receiving a suspiciously cheap quote from some rogue companies who may fly tip your goods instead of disposing of them responsibly, meaning that if there are any items that identify as yours, you will be the one getting the fines. When collecting your goods we spend time going through the load and segregating items which takes time but we would prefer to avoid landfill where possible. We have a number of contacts that we use such as charities who take items such as books, furniture, toys, plates, cutlery, clothes etc. which we don't take a penny for. All paper, cardboard, wood, plastics and other recyclables are taken to the correct recycling places, but there are certain items that we have to charge for as above due to them having extra charges when disposing of them at the correct sites.
In particular - Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) which are organic substances that persist in the environment, accumulate in living organisms and pose a risk to our health and the environment. They can be transported by air, water or migratory species across international borders, reaching regions where they have never been produced or used. International risk management is necessary as no region can manage the risks posed by these substances alone. An example of this is any furniture in fabric which none has to be disposed of correctly now and unfortunately has an extra charge involved.

When you’re researching the costs of house and garage clearance, it’s important to consider a number of key factors that will affect the total price you pay. These include:

The cost of our services can be reduced by simply carrying out the following.
1. Dismantle furniture where possible
2. Bring items downstairs to ground floor level.
3. Put any loose rubbish into bags, so they can be easily moved ideally sorted into piles, saving us time at our yard and making it easier to know how much recycling can be carried out for example, wood, metal, paper/cardboard and plastics.
